Effective January 1, 2026. These terms govern enrollment in Petre College programs. The short version: we commit to teaching your child one-to-one with certified teachers toward real OSSD credit; you commit to honest academic work and timely payment.
Enrollment & payment
Enrollment is per course or per hour, as set out in your written plan. Course fees are due at enrollment; hourly work is invoiced monthly. If a course isn’t the right fit, tell us within the first two lessons and we’ll refund in full less the lessons delivered.
Scheduling & cancellations
Lessons rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice carry no charge. Missed lessons without notice may be billed as delivered — teachers hold that time exclusively for your child.
Academic integrity
Credits are granted on the student’s own evaluated work, as Ministry inspection requires. Plagiarism or impersonation voids the affected evaluation and may end enrollment without refund — the value of a Petre credit depends on it.
Recordings & conduct
Lessons are recorded for quality assurance and student safety, and retained per our Privacy Policy. We maintain a respectful learning environment in both directions.
